UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON will feature a continuous loop video of the major areas of maritime engineering research in the Marine Research Group of the Mechanical Engineering Department at UCL. These show the breadth of the maritime engineering research in the capital’s academic centre for marine research. The exhibit will also have ‘hands on’ interactive display.

Other exhibits will include posters of the main research activities – computer aided graphical ship design, submarine concept design, fast craft propulsion prediction (in collaboration with US universities), offshore power generation and related departmental research. UCL has the naval engineering academic centre for the UK supported by the UK MoD and industry.
