IMO PUBLISHING will be presenting their latest publications in printed and electronic format with particular emphasis on the MARPOL Amendments, 2005 Edition available in English, French and Spanish and the BC Code, 2004 available in English only. The MARPOL Amendments have been accepted and entered into force on 1 August, 2005 at the latest. The BC Code, which will be published early 2006, includes all the amendments to the code that were adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee by resolution MSC.193(79). Both the MARPOL Amendments and BC Code provide guidance to administrations, ship owners, shippers and masters.
